Requirements for the Works
1. Single works: Each photo file size should not be less than 3MB; Series of photos: 3-6 photos per series, each photo file size should not be less than 3MB; Limit of up to 6 photos per person for single works; Limit of up to 3 series per person for series of photos.
2. Works can be appropriately post-processed without distortion. Computer-generated creativity and changes to the original image are not accepted.
3. Competition entries must be genuinely photographed and produced by the author themselves, and the copyright belongs to the author.
4. Works must conform to the theme of the competition, must not conflict with laws and regulations, no advertising is allowed, and plagiarism and copying are strictly prohibited. In case of disputes over intellectual property, reputation, privacy, and portrait rights, the entrant will be disqualified from the competition and bear all legal responsibilities.
5. The organizers have the right to use the winning entries (rights to necessary modifications during the use of public welfare exhibitions, printing of promotional materials, and promotional introductions).
How to Submit Works
1. Competition entries must be in JPEG format, to be sent collectively by the selecting organization to 1252719473@qq.com.
2. Please fill out the registration form when submitting (see attachment), indicating: the name of the work, the name of the author, nationality, working unit, occupation, and contact information, when and where it was taken, and the electronic version of the scanned copy of the participant's personal identity certificate (or passport, etc.)
3. Works must be accompanied by a description of up to 100 words (both Chinese and foreign languages are acceptable). This should provide a brief explanation of the photo's theme, content, meaning, and the story behind it. This description should be sent along with the work.
4. This competition is a public welfare activity. No fees will be charged for participation or evaluation, and submissions will not be returned.
Work Evaluation
Winners will receive corresponding prizes and certificates of honor and will have their works exhibited in related photography exhibitions. For excellent organizing units, the organizer will issue a certificate of honor for outstanding organization.
