Seminar: How to Write Academic Papers in English

When: 9:00~10:30, a.m., March 24, 2016
Where: Classroom B, FL 3, Building No. 25/A, Weijin Road Campus.
About the Seminar: Writing Samples, case studies, quantitative research and qualitative research; format requirements. This semicar is to help those who plan to submit papers to American journals improve their English writing skills, through lectures, writing sample analysis, discussion based on English papers, and homework (mini papers or short literature reviews).
Lecturer: Dr. Wu Liangfu Wu

About the Lecturer: Dr. Wu Liangfu Wu is an internatioanl adjunct faculty member at the College of Management and Economics. Dr. Wu worked as the CIO for the City of Downers Grove, IL USA (1994~2014), and an adjunct professor for Northern Illinois University (1997~ today). His areas of research interests include management of American local government, information technology and government operations, research method, and emergency management. Dr. Wu has published a number of research paper and books in both US and China.
