Lecturer: Mr. Robert M. Moore

About the Lecturer: Robert M. Moore, bachelor of chemistry, Balliol College Oxford and Doctor of oceanography, University of Southampton, is now Professor emeritus, Department of Oceanography, Dalhousie University, Canada. Before retired, he was once the chair of Departmental Space Committee, the member of Grant selection committee of the Canadian Foundation for Climate and Atmospheric Sciences and the member of Dalhousie International Strategy Committee, and so on. Professor Moore has very significant contributions to Chemical Oceanography, especially to oceanic sources and sinks of atmospherically reactive trace gases, hydrogen biogeochemistry and air sea interaction. He has been published more than 100 papers, with the total citations > 4000 during the past 40 years.
