In this beautiful season, Canteen No.4 on Weijin Road Campus updates a series of new dishes for students and faculty. Let’s take a journey to get into the unique charm of autumn cuisine.


1. Meat-Stuffed Lotus Root Slices

Thin slices of fresh lotus root with a flavorful meat filling,are coated in a light batter and fried to perfection. Each bite reveals a harmony of the lotus root's crisp sweetness and the meat's juicy richness, dancing onthe tip of your tongue.

2. Osmanthus Flower Cake

The Osmanthus Flower Cake is made of high-quality sticky rice flourand delicious sugared osmanthus flowers.Taking a gentle bite, you are filled with the aroma of osmanthus, as if you were standing under an osmanthus tree, feeling the tranquility and beauty of autumn.

3. Lotus Root and Pork Ribs Stew

The fresh lotus root is sweet, stewed together with juicy pork ribs. The soup isfull of nutrition. Every bite brings the warmth and nourishment of autumn.

The juicy chicken and sweet chestnuts complement each other, creating rich flavors. Every piece is coated by savory sauce, leaving youthe sweetnessof autumn.

5. Tremella and Lotus Seed Porridge

Tremella and Lotus Seed Porridge is a traditional Chinese dessert made from tremella mushrooms and lotus seeds.Together,they create a creamy, nourishing treat that's both delicious and healthy.It is an excellent choice for nourishing ina dry season.

6. Crispy Chestnut Pancake

The perfect combination of golden crisp on the exterior and sweet chestnut filling inside makes a crispy chestnut pancake, which can give us a taste sensation.

7. Straw-Wrapped Pork with Aromatic Herbs

Bringing selected high-quality porktied meticulously with strawup to a very gentle simmer. The dish, which has a long history and unique flavor, is not only tasty but also appealing in appearance.
