1. Breads and Pastries

Sesame seed cakes, flatbreads, steamed cornmeal buns, date rolls, beef-stuffed sesame cakes, purple rice steamed cake, red bean rolls, hawthorn steamed buns, red bean-filled doughnuts, fermented dough buns, twisted rolls with oil and salt, black rice buns, handmade beef and scallion buns, honey thousand layers, honey three knives, mung bean cake, walnut and date cake, purple rice and date rice cake, purple rice sticky bean buns, cake dry, date cake, and purple rice osmanthus cake, among others.

2. Porridges and Soups
