Lv, a PhD candidate from the College of Intelligence and Computing, has not only excelled in his studies but also held key leadership roles within Tianjin University. He serves as the Vice Secretary of the university's Communist Youth League, the President of the 38th Graduate Student Union, and the Secretary of the Tianjin "Qingma Project" Party Branch.
In recognition of his academic and leadership excellence, Lv has been awarded the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students, the Tianjin Innovation and Entrepreneurship Scholarship, and numerous other honors.

The initiative began during his volunteer teaching experience in Guizhou Province, where he was inspired by the beauty and challenges of the region. Lv launched the "Sunflower for You" program, which celebrated birthdays for underprivileged children, encouraging them to stay optimistic despite their hardships.
Lv's dedication to helping rural areas didn't stop there. He and his team later initiated a vocational training program aimed at improving the skills of local villagers, particularly in the underdeveloped tourism sector. By providing night school classes in rural communities, the team has empowered locals to leverage digital tools to promote their unique cultural and natural assets.
The project’s success has seen it expand beyond Guizhou to other regions, including Gansu, Fujian, and Tianjin, transforming "tourism resources into tourism assets." This model of development—known as "night school + tourism"—has helped many rural communities improve employment opportunities and develop sustainable tourism practices.

Under Lv's leadership, the "Worry-Free" team has continuously evolved, now reaching a broader audience by promoting cross-strait cooperation between mainland China and Taiwan. The project has partnered with local highland tea producers in Fujian and introduced co-branded products, creating a bridge between the two regions' economies.

The "Worry-Free" project hosted a practice exchange camp, bringing together over 170 students from 25 universities across China, as well as young innovators from Taiwan.
