 Campus

Editor's note: This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC). We invited several international students to share their thoughts and opionions about China and the celebration with us.

As a Russian friend, I have always been filled with curiosity and respect for China. China is an ancient country with a history of five thousand years, yet it is also a place brimming with modern vitality. It boasts beautiful natural landscapes, rapidly developing cities, advanced technology, and unique culture. Every visit allows me to feel the rapid changes and thriving development of China.

The Chinese people are hardworking and intelligent, always exhibiting a positive attitude in both work and life. This spirit inspires me and helps me understand why China has achieved such great accomplishments in just a few decades.

As neighbors, our two countries share a long history of interaction and profound friendship. Whether in economic cooperation, cultural exchange, or mutual support in international affairs, the China-Russia relationship demonstrates remarkable resilience and understanding. I take pride in the friendly cooperation between our two nations and believe that this friendship will endure.

On this special occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of People’s Republic of China, I sincerely wish for China's prosperity and the well-being of its people. I hope that China will continue its momentum of development in the future and make even greater contributions to the global economy, technology, culture, and peace. May the friendship between China and Russia last forever, as we join hands for a brighter future!

Go, China! Happy 75th birthday!
