Goldwind Talent Power Engineering Training Program Concluded

The Talent Power Program (D345), a university-enterprise cooperation talent training program, lasted for one year and successfully concluded on June 2 at Tianjin University.

Goldwind Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. (Goldwind) with the assistance of theoretical knowledge and typical cases from Tianjin University (TJU), integrates and refines business topics, links theory with practice, integrates internal and external resources, and coordinates the design of overall training arrangements. The aim is to cultivate "mega" project managers who possess investment thinking, can undertake tasks from engineering development to delivery throughout the entire chain, and have the ability to manage the entire lifecycle. This effort supports the company's "large-scale, high-quality" sustainable development.

The leaders from both sides attending the graduation ceremony commended the outstanding students, groups, and research achievements of the Talent Power Engineering program. Vice President Wang Tian-you presented graduation certificates to the students.

The CoME and Goldwind engaged in exchanges and discussions regarding the establishment of a joint industry-academia-research base in October 2020. They jointly signed the "Cooperation Agreement for the Establishment of a Joint Industry-Academia-Research Base between Goldwind and CoME of TJU", continuously deepening their cooperation. In order to further implement the collaborative education and deepen industry-academia-research cooperation between the university and enterprise, they have successively completed the Goldwind International Engineering Project Management Talent Training Advanced Seminar and the Goldwind Hundred-Person Engineering Talent Training Program since 2021. This Talent Power Engineering Training Program (D345) encompasses theoretical training and practical exercises, integrating internal and external training resources, and has successfully completed all training arrangements. A total of 27 theoretical courses were organized, with the implementation of solutions and results for 6 group innovation projects and preliminary designs for the project planning of 3 full-lifecycle projects. Throughout the project implementation process, various activities such as sharing sessions with industry experts, research topic discussions, theme reviews, learning briefings, knowledge integration, and team building were interspersed to strengthen a culture of collaborative creation and connect classmates. Three business values and four talent management achievements were realized, and ongoing efforts will continue to deepen cooperation between both parties in terms of project optimization, business practices, talent pool utilization, and the creation of business value.
