November 4, 2023, the 15th “Peiyang Forum for Young Scholars of Tianjin University and Tianjin postdoctoral fellow, college teachers, Binhai New Area strategic emerging industries talent summit the second half of 2023 opened.

Young scholars from all over the world gathered in the clouds to carry out discussions in the field of international cutting-edge science and technology, and promoted academic exchanges and cooperation among young scholars, enhancing understanding of Tianjin University, universities in Tianjin city, Tianjin City and Binhai New Area.

Tianjin Binhai New Area, is a national-level development zone with a focus on economic and technological development. On behalf of Binhai New Area District Committee and the government, Song Zhe, Standing Committee of Tianjin Binhai New Area District Committee and Minister of Organization Department of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, pointed out that the New Area has offered a series of policies to support the development of talent and welcome talents to start their dream of innovation.

Li Dachao, Director of the Teachers’ Work Department of the Party Committee, Director of the Personnel Office, said that after the main forum, colleges and schools of Tianjin University will launch online sub-forums for young talents to attend.

Starting from November 4, colleges and schools of Tianjin University will organize special sub-forums around different themes.
