On June 8, a delegation from DiaSorin Group led by Chen M. Even, Chief Commercial Officer of DiaSorin Group visited Tianjin University (TJU). Jin Donghan, President of TJU, met with the guests at Weijin Road Campus. Representatives from the Office of International Cooperation, the Office of Science and Technology, the School of Life Sciences and Medical College of TJU attended the event.

President Jin Donghan hoped that two parties could further deepen the cooperation and carry out university-enterprise talent co-cultivation. Chief Commercial Officer Chen Even pointed out that the scientific research field of TJU is highly consistent with the product development orientation of DiaSorin, and hoped to further boost substantial cooperation.

Then, the delegation visited Tianjin University “Medical Development” exhibition hall and learned about Medical College’s founding history, development status, construction concept, key scientific research achievements and other aspects in detail.

After the exhibition visit, two parties held a scientific research cooperation seminar. The two parties had an in-depth discussion on clinical micro-nano-molecular diagnostics product R&D and precision medicine testing.

Chief Commercial Officer Chen Even was invited to give a lecture on the theme of “Your Future is Method and Curiosity” for TJU students. He shared his growth story and provided a precious guidance. The lecture attracted over 100 students to attend. They had deep communication with Chen Even on career planning and other aspects.
