Editors of Bioresource Technology Visit TJU

On April 17th, 2018, Bioresource Technology Journal editor Ashor Pandey and associate editor Huu Hao NGO visited the School of Environmental Science and Engineering (SESE) and each gave a lecture to the school’s teachers, graduate students and international students.

Prof. Pandey explained how the bio-refinery technique can help achieve the sustainable development of environment and energy. Prof. NGO introduced the efficient recycling of wastewater using membrane-based technology. They also discussed the challenges and opportunities within the development of current global energy research, and the development of advanced membrane technology within harmless wastewater treatment.

Prof. Pandey is an excellent scientist from the Institute of Toxicology, Science and Industry research council, India. He devotes himself to the research area of agricultural wastes disposal and biofuel development. He is the chief editor of Bioresource Technology, Journal of Water Sustainability, Journal of Energy and Environmental Water Sustainability. Prof. NGO is currently a professor at Sydney University of Science and Technology, the associate editor of Water and Wastewater Management Center, and the associate editor of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He serves as the editor and associate editor of Bioresource Technology, Science of the total Environment.
