At the 8th Tianjin Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards, Tianjin University ranked first in terms of the number of the first prizes and the total number of the prizes. Tianjin University won 14 first prizes and 11 second prizes.

Among Tianjin University’s prizes, nine teaching achievements were recommended by the Tianjin Municipal Government to nominate for the National Teaching Achievement Awards.

Tianjin University’s winning projects covered achievements in education over the years, including educational ideas, international cooperation and cooperation with other universities, training systems, comprehensive reforms of schools, disciplinary and program integration, reform of practical teaching and distance education.
