Recently, Yang Jinsheng, Secretary of the Party committee of the College of microelectronics, Tianjin University, Xu Jiangtao, Vice Dean of the College of microelectronics, Tianjin University, visited the opening District of Hefei, and actively promoted the construction of Hefei Institute for innovation and development of Tianjin University. They participated in the joint training Symposium of microelectronics School of Tianjin University accompanied by Feng Lei, deputy director of the opening District Investment Promotion Bureau.

Secretary Yang Jinsheng led the group investigated the office site of the Hefei Institute for innovation and development of Tianjin University in the field, and discussed the integrated circuit design and integration system research and development center's housing useage planning, design and test platform construction, and the entry project with the leaders of the district.

Yang Jinsheng secretary and others went to Hefei integrated circuit design leading enterprises, Hefei Ge Yi integrated circuit limited company to communicate, visited the "Zhao Yi integrated circuit science and Technology Museum", and discussed the integration of the science popularization and the university integrated circuit education with the experts of the deputy general manager, Chen Youjia and other industry experts.

The deputy director Feng Lei held a seminar on joint training of School of Microelectronics in Tianjin University, Hefei University, Hefei YiGe Company, Tongfu Microelectronics, long Xin Storage, Dragon News Semiconductor, SaiTeng Microelectronics, HGE Microelectronics and other units participated the meeting. Secretary Yang Jinsheng introduced joint program for graduate students majored in microelectronics. Professor Wu Deqin of Hefei University made a speech on the mode of cooperation. Participated companies made speeches on the mode of cooperation and their demand of professional talents. All participators discussed fully about the work arrangement of joint training program forthcoming in 2019, and planned to start the related work as soon as possible.
