On September 17, a Cooperative Forum between the College of Intelligence and Computing at Tianjin University and Inspur Group was held. During the forum there was an "Internships Base" unveiling ceremony. Relevant leaders of both sides took part in the event. 

At the Forum, Zhao Na, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Intelligence and Computing, reported on the general conditions of the College to the Inspur Group concerning disciplines and programs, student training patterns, the development of the faculty team and the development goals of the College. Representatives from Inspur Group outlined the development, employer culture and university-enterprise cooperation of the Group. 

Hua Jianfeng, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Intelligence and Computing, said he hoped that enterprises could participate more in student and personnel training in the future through cooperation. As a leader of the development of Emerging Engineering Education among national universities, Tianjin University has the responsibility and the mission to apply modern information technology to more areas and take the lead in forming a deeply integrated model of school-enterprise personnel training. 

After the Forum, both sides signed a Cooperation Agreement on forming an internships base and Hua Jianfeng and Liu Weihua unveiled the “Internships Base” plaque.
