Profile of Alumni Zhang Lu: 2006 undergraduate student of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University. After studying in Tianjin University in 2010, she went to the United States to study abroad. She graduated from Stanford University School of Materials Science and Engineering. In January 2017, she was selected as one of the 30 young people in the venture capital field of the Forbes US version of “30 Under 30” and was named the industry's theme in this field, becoming the first Chinese to receive this honor in Forbes' “30 under 30” US list. In April of the same year, she was shortlisted for 30 under 30 years old business leaders in Forbes' “30 under 30 Asia” venture capital field, becoming the only investor in the Forbes US and Asia region list in the same year. Recently, she was selected as a 2018 Silicon Valley influential woman by Silicon Valley Business Weekly, and one of the “Top Ten Outstanding Young People in the United States” by the Los Angeles Post and the All China Youth Federation. She was selected as the "Global Youth Leader" of the World Economic Forum in 2018 as the founding partner of Silicon Valley Venture Capital Fund Fusion Fund on May 9, 2018.
