This summer, 20 students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin University took part in an intensive two-week Monash Engineering Short Study Program under the leadership of the teacher Wang Ying and Sha Junwei. Before leaving, Liu Xiuguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Tianjin University, taught students that SSP was a rare platform for broadening horizons and improving abilities，hoping that students could cherish the opportunity to experience foreign culture and participate in project activities, then apply good feelings and suggestions to the construction of Shi Changxu Honorary Degree Program.
