On November 30, a Talent Training Cooperation Agreement was signed by Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Ltd. and Tianjin University. The signing ceremony was held in the Binhai New AreaArea and Yuan Yingjin, Vice President of Tianjin University (TJU), signed the Agreement on behalf of TJU.

Headquartered in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin, the Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Ltd. is a listed company controlled by the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), the only large-scale full-service engineering corporation in China integrating offshore oil and engineering design of natural gas exploration, manufacturing on land, offshore installations, commissioning, maintenance, natural gas liquefaction and refining. It is also known as one of the largest and strongest full-service engineering corporations of offshore oil and gas engineering EPCI (design, procurement, construction and installation) in the Far East and Southeast Asia.
